Becky Kagan Schott

Becky is a professional underwater photographer and videographer and owns her own company with her husband David Liquid Productions, Inc. (www.LiquidProductions.com). She specializes in capturing imagery in challenging underwater environments including underwater caves, deep shipwrecks, diving under ice and wildlife. She has worked on documentaries with National Geographic, Discovery Channel, History Channel, Travel Channel, Weather Channel, Red Bull and almost every major network. Her most iconic imagery that is known worldwide are the now haunting shots of the OceanGate Titan submersible that imploded over the Titanic. She prefers inspirational imagery and her favorite place to dive is in the Great Lakes documenting shipwrecks and capturing powerful imagery to tell their stories and “Bring Shipwrecks to Life”. She also enjoys leading expeditions and bringing others to remote locations all over the world from the Arctic to Antarctica. She leads diving expeditions to warmer locations and enjoys all types of diving and photography. She writes for magazines worldwide and each year has covers on several of them. Her imagery can also be seen in Museums, universities, books and educational materials. She has won a lot of awards for her work including Five Emmy Awards, Edward R. Murrow Award, AP Award and she has been inducted into the Women Divers Hall of Fame, a Fellow in the Explorers club and this November receiving a NOGI in Arts award which is very prestigious achievement award.
